I saw a new Halifax ad. It looks uncannily like my town's centre but not run down. It was filmed there, but they put nice facades on empty shops and hired fake, non-local shoppers. The ad is about 'celebrating the local community'. In reality, Goole's centre has been decimated 1/

Visits to site have been few and far between recently but it was great to get out today in sunny Lancashire to see brilliant progress being made at our mixed tenure scheme at Spring St in Rishton. Not bad views for #AffordableRent !!
