I could be wrong, but this appears to be a 127 in wheelbase Defender.
WMFS ERF TL UVP 98S with ladders from the former Wolverhampton Leyland Firemaster. The chassis, one of the last ERF*s to be built, was in stock at ERF. WMFS Transport staff led a project to buy the chassis and have the ladders from 9990 DA transferred to it. @WMFSHeritage @WMFS
The ladder set from 9990 DA was subsequently remounted on an ERF 84PS chassis and re-entered service at A1 Birmingham Central and, later, D2 Brierley Hill fire stations. The ERF was registered UVP 98S. A pic of this machine is in a further post. @WMFSHeritage @WMFS

More training input for Red watch today with our new appliance from the team at workshops
The original Hales St station was opened on 9 October 1902 by the city's Mayor. The 3 bay extension to the building was opened on 27 December 1934. @WMFSHeritage
Coventry's Central Fire Station in Hales Street was originally built with just the three righthand appliance bays. The three lefthand bays were added at a later date. This explains the difference in roof tiles and the dormer roof at the lefthand side. @WMFSHeritage

Florida: 3 firefighters and 12 train passengers were hurt when a train hit a fire truck on a crossing. Local reports say that the driver of the truck, that was responding to a call, waited for one train and then drove around the barrier arms, only to be hit by a high-speed train.
This Paris bus was most definitely 'well alight.'
As a former employee of ERF's fire vehicle subsidiary, ERF (later Cheshire) Fire Engineering Ltd, I must like this post.
Worcester's 12 hour wholetime/12 hour on-call pump mobile to an incident this afternoon. The station's third pump was one of seven on-call second and third pumps recently withdrawn following a 'resource review.'
2/2 In the late 1960's Coventry city brigade was using compressed air breathing apparatus carried on pumping appliances on a day to day basis. Proto BA had a longer duration and was used for larger and more complex BA operations. @WMFSHeritage
1/2 This picture was taken in the rear yard of Foleshill Station. The Dennis F12 Emergency Tender that carried Proto BA was based at the Central Fire Station in Hales Street. The rear of Foleshill's Dennis F27 TL is visible in the appliance room. @WMFSHeritage
Many thanks for this information about the new Bournbrook appliance. Much appreciated. @WestMidsFire

The vehicle has been created as a concept. The removal of the 13.5 ladder and gantry allows a square rear with extra storage for contaminated fire kit away from the cab. The concept is under evaluation and testing, is subject to feedback, and isn't part of a new policy.

This is the new one-off West Midlands appliance that does not have central ladder gantries to carry a 13.5m ladder.
