Morning.
So much @AFCWimbledon talk out there right now. It is well worth reading the full pack on the proposed investment. Here it is:

But if you want a one minute overview I did this.

I hadn’t realised this included the main @Wolves ⚽️ reporter job at the @ExpressandStar in Wolverhampton.
It’s a big sports journalism job in a one-club city. Great opportunity for someone who’s highly motivated, wants to make a difference. #journalism #wwfc @theofficialfwa ✍🏻
Sports reporter jobs here, including roles covering @Wolves, @LUFC and @BlackpoolFC

The absolutely right thing to do but gosh it’s going to be a difficult evening seeing his picture in our legends cabinet tonight and onwards
The museum gets loads of visitors every game-this will be a popular cabinet, if thats how you describe it
Makes it all a little too real
We have a Dons Legends and Icons cabinet in the Plough Lane museum and there’s no doubt Mikey T is one. With some lovely words from his wingman @Dons_Sayer_WDON Feel free to come in and share your thoughts 💙💛

Everyone at AFC Wimbledon was immensely sad to hear of the passing of our dear friend and colleague Michael ‘Mikey T’ Taliadoros.
Our thoughts are with Mikey’s family and friends.
Rest in peace Mikey, a Wimbledon legend in every sense.

Devastating news last that a person I have known for 34 yrs & called a friend has passed away
Was always great to see him and he always greated me with warmth, a smile that made the room light up
Football is supposed to be the ever constant yet tonight it feels a lonely place

NEW EPISODE: Jayden Stockley's MOTM performance at Bromley gives us cheer; the club having no money keeps us grounded. Alongside those topics, Nick and Stu have all the usual podcast chat, including TV hate! Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube. #AFCW

It’s a good month now since the two podcasts with DTB and MB saying we would get updates on investors within weeks.
We have budgeted for money we were never guaranteed.
A loan against the stadium is also a Restricted Action vote.
Over £650,000 has been committed towards the Plough Lane Bond so far, to which we thank everyone who has made a purchase, however we remain short of what has been budgeted for ℹ️

Last chance to join me on a Plough Lane stadium tour starting at 1200 tomorrow. Go pitchside, see the dressing rooms, hospitality areas and the museum, plus hearing some of our unique club history! tickets.afcwimbledon.ltd.uk/…
Food is now a safety issue 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
The matchday cost for a fan continues to get more and more expensive.
Yesterday was the reality of what PL will look and feel like if we rightsize due to no investment.
Low away support in a lower Lge, half ground not open & no atmosphere.

If you go back to when JJ first joined us, he is so much more confident about his manager ability and the squad he is building.
The comment I often heard when he joined was he was a Charlton man, however for me thats changed and he is very much a Wimbledon man now
Join us for one of our stadium tours for our upcoming home preseason games, starting off with tomorrows vs Norwich.
- 22nd July - 4pm start
- 25th July - 10am start
- 1st August - 10am start

Was really sad to watch Fernandez get sent off.
Wonder if someone passed him a bed sheet with a message to parade 🧐

My next Plough Lane stadium tour is the pre-game one on Wednesday 22 July at 1600 before the Norwich City friendly. It’s the Canaries first visit so their fans are welcome to join Dons supporters going behind the scenes. Tickets here ⬇️

I just don’t understand how we surrendered the advantage at 1-0 up.
Every sub was a defender and we got deeper.
Massive missed chance as I don’t think this has been a WC of quality sides like previous #fifaworldcup2026
