BREAKING: The Senate just voted 50-46 to strip Donald Trump of his power to impose tariffs.
Multiple Republicans joined Democrats to shut him down, second night in a row the GOP has turned on him.
Trump’s grip on his own party is cracking in real time.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
These Senate votes took place in October 2025, not this week. The Senate passed S.J.Res.88 on global tariffs 51-47, the vote shown in the video. The 50-46 vote, held the same week, was on Canada tariffs.

So @AngusReform followed the party's PR advice and locked all his social media history of his REAL account, @macintyrea1. Standard procedure for a party riddled with criminals, perverts, crooks and chancers. But the footprint exists. Have fun, dear followers 👇
Let the games begin, @AngusReform? May the odds NOT be in your favour.

I want to make survivors aware of Elizabeth Yeld.
Since her husband’s conviction for child sexual abuse, she has been around for a number of years and has repeatedly targeted survivors of abuse and rape, including both adults and children.
Several people I know have had experiences with her, and I’ve had my own run-ins with her too.
I’m sharing this because survivors deserve to know who they may be dealing with and should never have to feel targeted, intimidated or undermined.

Reform UK’s Defence Spokesperson @AngusReform has another account @macintyrea1, which he’s locked.
3,500 hidden posts that he doesn’t want people to see.
So much for @reformparty_uk transparency.

Not your fault, sane America…
And the midterms proved you're still there
But a country that elected this absolute freak twice can't expect the rest of us to trust it for a long long time.

The police raided two properties linked to him, and reportedly found a huge load of drugs!
Unlicensed prescription medications - and Class A drugs - i.e. the really dicey stuff. LSD. Cocaine. Ecstasy. That sort of thing.

🚨JUST IN: MSNOW’s Jacob Soboroff just eviscerated Stephen Miller, laying out the horrific details of how he masterminded Trump’s most demented policies.
Miller is single-handedly responsible for Renee Good and Alex Pretti’s deaths. I had no idea it’s even worse:

The fifth series of the UK’s Celebrity Big Brother on Channel 4 in 2007 became infamous for the alleged racist bullying of Indian actress Shilpa Shetty by fellow housemates. Russell Brand hosted the companion show, Celebrity Big Brother’s Big Mouth.
Here’s Lefty Stewart Lee discussing Russell Brand presenting the Big Brother spin-off show:
“So the Big Brother’s Big Mouth or whatever it is on E4, they have experts on, uh, sociologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and they provide expert insight into and expert analysis of the phenomena of some twats in a place.
And this program was hosted by Russell Brand. And what it meant when the bad racism happened, it meant that Russell Brand was contractually obliged to look meaningfully into the camera, making a serious face, and to condemn racism in the strongest terms possible, whilst dressed as a cartoon pirate before going back to his ongoing life’s work of thinking up cutesy, diminutive Mr. Men names for his own penis: Mr. Winky, Mr. Dinky, Mr. Dingle, Donkey, Dinky, Winky, Winky, Woo, N.
And the way that Russell Brand thinks up cutesy, diminutive Mr. Men names for his own penis makes him sound like a child molester who is trying to convince himself to allow himself to molest himself.
And when Martin Luther King saw racism in 1960s America, Martin Luther King called it out in the strongest, most visionary yet eloquent terms possible. Martin Luther King said, “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the colour of their skin, but by the content of their character.” Martin Luther King.
And when Russell Brand saw racism in his place of work, yeah, Big Brother, Russell Brand said, “Oo, there’s been some bad racism and stuff going down today. And no mistake, my liege. It’s made Mr. Winky go right small. It has. Oh, yes it has. Oh, yeah. And my ball bag. My old ball bag has only gone up my bum”.

On Thursday I wrote about the 2014 injunction Russell Brand obtained against a woman who accused him of assault.
I've now obtained the final order. It's breathtaking.
She had no lawyer. No trial. Yet she was silenced for life - even barred from speaking to the police.

It’s not just the courts. Global/LBC placed these restrictions - that exist forever - into my employment contract. Silencing women who want to speak out about their experiences is a game powerful men (and some women) have enjoyed for years. The Global/LBC’s lawyers also have ethical questions to answer.
Replying to @DanNeidle
How could lawyers justify asking a court to prohibit speech that couldn't conceivably constitute harassment - including private conversations with friends and family, and reports to the police?
