Like this is some bullshit their policy is i have to message support from the email on the acct, but if that shots hacked how can I fucking get in i even sent proof that Microsoft disabled the acct because if the hacker, like this is crazy. I dont know what to do.

Thats not what im saying, they were rude even when the artist apologized, explained why emails weren't working and reshipped it but they still had a fucking attitude over it. This isnt a big Corp to chew out, this is a small artist who owned up to it and made it right
