Oklahoma had to pass a law to stop marijuana edibles shaped like cartoons, animals and candy bears. Starting Nov. 1, packaging can't be designed to appeal to kids. But dispensaries can keep selling the kid-friendly stock already on their shelves. This is what commercialization looks like. kosu.org/new-marijuana-packa…

My co-author and I covered the University of CA data in our book, The Blunt Truth: Ten Things Every Parent Needs to Know About Marijuana. You can go to SUEHOMOLA.COM and get the entire chapter that covers the money behind Big Marijuana and some of this data for free.
"We're in the business of selling nicotine, an addictive drug." That line came from a Big Tobacco executive, in documents exposed in 1994. Today's marijuana industry is running the same playbook: thousands of THC products designed to get you as high as possible, so profits can be as high as possible. The hemp industry could have just made rope, clothes, and other textiles (like it said it wanted to do) when the 2018 Farm Bill opened the door for hemp farming/manufacturing. Instead, it chose to get into the business of making drugs. This is an issue of their own making.

Big news here. This short article is worth the read.
BREAKING: Marijuana rescheduling is on hold. A DEA judge stayed the case for two weeks after FDA told federal auditors that the two-part test behind rescheduling "has not replaced other methods." It's just "an additional framework." The whole case was built on it. Read our statement: learnaboutsam.org/2026/09/ma…

This is bigger than a movie. It’s a wake-up call. America was sold one version of marijuana legalization. THC INC shows what commercialization actually became. Bring it to your community. Start the conversation.
