So relatable.
Please know that your tiredness is real. It is always valid. And you should never have to explain yourself to anyone.

ALT People: Why are you so tired all the time? You never do anything. Me: My anxiety drains all my energy and even when I don't leave the house I get exhausted because my mind is always racing; my body is always prepared for danger, and I can never relax. I may not be doing anything externally, but my brain is doing EVEYTHING.
In Suffolk P&TS, we currently have several vacancies (Senior EP and EPs). We continue to build our EP service and are looking for passionate, dedicated professionals to join us as we work together to continue moving forward. aep.org.uk/jobs/suffolk-coun…

A powerful message by twloha that needs to be shared widely.

Your existence is not up for debate, and you deserve to be fully loved, known, and celebrated. Today and everyday, Pride remains a necessary act of love, resistance, joy and survival.

Exams are putting too much pressure on young people.
This quote is from our Activist Chloe and we know she is not alone.
More than three-quarters of teachers reported mental health issues related to exam anxiety in their students during the last school year.
“Exams are outdated memory tests that don’t reflect true intelligence, especially for anyone who isn’t neurotypical, has mental health issues or lives with additional needs,” Chloe told us.
“No child going through the chaos of adolescence should face the pressure of securing their future by answering questions for one hour in a cold sports hall.”
It’s time to change how schools do exams.
Thanks again for inviting our Principal EP to spend the afternoon with the Masters Psychology students at @UniofSuffolk Loved sharing thoughts on intentional culture design and person-centred planning. 🌱✨ #PersonCentred #IntentionalCultureDesign #DayInTheLifeOfAnEP
