we actually did stuff this week. i turned insights from user & market research @alkimiexchange into lean, actionable product @suikixyz a decentralized creator economy platform delivering transparent ad sponsorship proof and seamless rewards to creators and their fans on Sui.
🦈 help me shape products, build along with me.
what i have learned:
- ideation techniques and opportunity mapping
- how to craft a value proposition that cuts through the noise
- translating research into product features that solve real problems
- defining features using MoSCoW (must have, should have, could have, won't have)
- roadmap-building and defining measurable milestones
- backlog management and agile in action

🗣️ week2: user & market research on @AlkimiExchange
alkimi is bringing decentralization to digital advertising, using Sui's blockchain to tackle transparency, ad fraud, and high fees. last session from @G_Rak @malytly was so insightful and inspiring!here's what i've learned so far👇🏻
key insights:
- user persona: advertisers & publishers, mostly crypto-savvy, seeking transparency & better revenue-sharing.
- core issue: onboarding's complex for non-crypto users; better wallet integration & UI needed.
- true adoption = repeated use → value recognition → community engagement → aligned incentives.
frictions:
- wallet setups can be tough.
- analytics need to be more transparent for advertisers to build trust.
- market education on AdFi is still lacking.
recommendations:
1. simplify onboarding with wallet integrations.
2. better analytics for advertisers.
3. community-driven education via tutorials & resources.
alkimi's on the right track but needs to tackle friction points for real adoption. transparency + low fees could redefine the future of advertising
