Another Looney Tunes film has been saved: BYE BYE BUNNY.
It will be Eric Bauza’s final film, as he tragically passed away today.
For years, he had fought for COYOTE VS. ACME and BYE BYE BUNNY to see the light of day and he managed to fulfill his dream before he was gone.

Brad Bird is BACK! Ray Gunn was a total blast! Has that slick noir/futuristic energy, a nice comedic charm and elevated by a killer Giacchino score. Found myself more engaged in the dynamic of the main cast rather than the central mystery itself but overall this was a great time!

Across their past five films never have LAIKA ever needed to disclaim this. Yet it’s all so important and urgent as to why we need to support handmade animation. All is say see WILDWOOD if you haven’t (esp on the biggest screen you can). Tell your friends. It’s such a triumph.

These movies had such good directing. It's a shame this particular one is tied to an adaptation that's committed to being depressing for the sake of it.

Taking away Vegeta's willingness to humiliate himself to protect his friends as well as just focusing on him than anyone else in the party is a massive misstep.
