Today I’m brewing my annual Summer Special 4.0%. A refreshing mix of locally picked Elderflowers and freshly squeezed lemons and limes. Perfect for a sunny day! Fingers crossed we’ll get some more of those! ☀️

The Mash tun is pretty full this morning, I’m brewing a new strong Blonde, going for 6.0%. Think I call it Tyke Blonde. It will have Saaz hops and Belgian yeast. Looking forward to to trying this one!
It been a while since I posted.
Two brews this week starting with this milk stout, Moonlit Night 5.2%, I haven’t done it in a long while, so looking forward to it.
Later in the week a new strong pale ale! Excited about that too!

Since last weeks brew of Chocolate Mild 4.8% has flown out! Today, I have decided to brew another one of my award winning milds, this time it’s White Chocolate Pale Mild 4.2%. Who would like some?

Thanks to @yorkcamra for a lovely volunteers party and awards evening last night. Very proud to have come home with a award for Black Forest Gateau Porter 4.8%
One of my least favourite jobs of #brewerylife is taking the grain off to be composed!
