⛏️ MINEHOOD: IN-GAME ECONOMY, $MHD TRANSITION & BUYBACK PLANS I want to openly explain our decisions regarding the in-game economy, the transition to $MHD, and our buyback plans. Initially, we decided to use ETH as the currency for in-game purchases. However, 70% of the revenue generated from in-game spending was used to purchase $MHD, while the remaining 30% went to the treasury. Our intention behind this model was to build an ETH reserve that could be used strategically during market downturns. This reserve would allow us to conduct NFT and token buybacks when appropriate, helping ease selling pressure and support the ecosystem. We deliberately left these possibilities open-ended and only implemented the necessary contracts because we wanted the community to see how the funds could potentially be utilized. We intended these mechanisms to be strategic surprises rather than fixed commitments. However, we understand that the lack of detailed explanations created uncertainty and became a source of FUD. I understand those concerns, and I respect everyone's opinions. WE LISTENED TO YOU. After considering community feedback, we've decided to transition all in-game spending to $MHD instead of ETH. There are a few important points I also want to clarify: ▪️ The in-game economy will be explained in much greater detail, and we will publish a clearer economic structure. ▪️ The development team will have ZERO share of the tokens generated through in-game activities. Not even 1%. ▪️ Regarding buybacks, a portion of the funds received by the development side will be allocated to planned buybacks to help manage potential selling pressure and support the ecosystem. ▪️ All buyback activities and relevant details will be transparently documented and published in our Docs. ⏳ TRANSITION SCHEDULE & PLAYER ASSETS Minehood will be temporarily paused today at 13:00 UTC for the $MHD transition and necessary updates. We currently plan to bring the game back online tomorrow at the same time (13:00 UTC). A few important points for all players: ▪️ Players can withdraw their in-game balances until 13:00 UTC today. ▪️ If you're unable to withdraw before the game is paused, don't worry. You will be able to withdraw once the game is back online. ▪️ The game will resume from exactly the same state it was in before the update. We have taken screenshots and recorded the current game state for verification. ▪️ All pickaxe levels, potions, and player points will remain unchanged. Your progress will be preserved. We want to make this transition as smooth as possible without affecting the progress you've made in Minehood. ❤️ ONE LAST THING I'm still here, and I'm continuing to build Minehood. I read your feedback, concerns, and suggestions one by one. I may not always be able to respond immediately, but I genuinely take them into consideration. This project matters a lot to me. We've shared the detailed information in our Docs: minehood.io/docs But we want to make one thing absolutely clear: The Treasury opening buy represents 650,000,000 $MHD (65%), and these tokens belong entirely to the community. The dev has not reserved a single token for himself. We've been transparent from day one, and we'll continue to be. All wallets, allocations and relevant details will be published transparently in our Docs and in-game. No hidden allocations. No secrets. Full transparency. ❤️
