Imagine going on JRE complaining that Candace won't debate you. Then, Joe accidentally gets you the debate. THEN a couple days later Joe says he agrees with @RealCandaceO 😂 "The more time that goes on, the more I'm leaning towards Candace Owens". Incredible.

A 1985 Provo, UT death penalty conviction overturned after *police and prosecutorial* misconduct. Now, a prosecutor handling Tyler Robinson's case is involved in the retrial. Douglas Carter was sentenced to death for a 1985 murder. His conviction was later overturned after findings of police and prosecutorial misconduct involving witnesses who received financial assistance, were threatened and gave false testimony. Carter has also maintained that his confession was coerced. New DNA testing has excluded him from profiles recovered at the crime scene. After roughly 41 years behind bars, he's finally out on bail, though the murder charge remains. The current prosecution includes Utah County Attorney Jeffrey Gray, who is also part of the prosecution team in Tyler Robinson's case. Carter's defense attorney says prosecutors blamed delays in providing evidence partly on being overwhelmed with capital cases, including Robinson's. A judge has repeatedly had to intervene over unanswered discovery requests. Some original evidence was reportedly lost or poorly documented and the defense is now seeking dismissal of the case altogether. "Get your office in order before you do this to anyone else." 👏

My mfn heart SANK.
Did you know Dixie State University - now Utah Tech - had a TPUSA chapter in 2021 that won Club of the Year? 2019–2021: Tyler Robinson receives concurrent-enrollment credit through Dixie State/Utah Tech. 2020–2022-ish: Lance Twiggs attends Dixie SUCCESS Academy, the early-college program on Dixie State’s campus. 2021: Dixie State’s Turning Point USA chapter wins Club of the Year.

For further clarity, I am also NOT suggesting this is Lance. I'm suggesting that it looked liked Tyler at first glance and it made my heart sink.

Tim Pool was notified "within a minute or so of the shooting", via phone call. A while back he said it was Charlie's security team relaying updates to his team. But in this clip, he describes his source as "high level" and "very top level". Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't consider Harpole & Co either of those. In the same livestream, he insinuated possibly someone in "politics, congress or executive branch".
Was he stable until security in the car shifted their focus from saving his life to calling everybody else's security? Per Frank Turek, who was also in the vehicle: "He was looking past me right into eternity. And if it's any comfort at all, I learned later that Charlie felt no pain. He died instantly". So was he stable, per the update Tim got from his security? Or instantly deceased, per Frank Turek? WHICH IS IT.

So I was digging through the National Archives FBI files on MLK's assassination, including additional records released on July 21, 2025, and came across some interesting similarities to Charlie Kirk's case. To clarify, the assassination and many of the allegations have been public for decades. It's the additional FBI records that were released in 2025. MLK - 1968 .30-06 caliber rifle James Earl Ray drove a white Ford Mustang Fatal bullet couldn't be conclusively matched to the recovered rifle Conflicting vehicle sightings and a questionable radio broadcast Ray pleaded guilty, then recanted His wife, Coretta Scott King, and their children questioned Ray's guilt and demanded an independent investigation Charlie Kirk - 2025 .30-06 caliber rifle Tyler Robinson drove a Dodge Challenger ATF bullet comparison was inconclusive Questions surrounding vehicle sightings near UVU UVU's independent review documented serious security failures Here's what really caught my attention. Coretta Scott King didn't just question the official investigation. She believed her husband had been killed as part of a conspiracy involving the Mafia and local, state, and federal government agencies. And she had reasons for distrusting the FBI. Under J. Edgar Hoover, the FBI had spent years surveilling MLK, wiretapping him, trying to discredit him, and actively attempting to destroy his reputation. This wasn't speculation. It's documented. Then there were allegations involving Loyd Jowers, a Memphis restaurant owner who claimed he'd been paid to help arrange the assassination, along with questions about witnesses, evidence, and whether James Earl Ray had been framed. Coretta and her children believed evidence had been ignored or inadequately investigated. They did not trust the FBI or the government agencies they suspected of involvement to investigate themselves. They wanted an independent commission with subpoena powers. In fact, when Attorney General Janet Reno authorized another inquiry in 1998, the FBI was excluded because of the family's distrust of the bureau. In 1999, a civil jury concluded that MLK's assassination involved a conspiracy, including government agencies. The DOJ later disputed those findings. Now look at Charlie Kirk. We have an independent review documenting serious security failures at UVU, but that's not the same as an independent reinvestigation into who was responsible for the assassination. I'm not saying these two assassinations are connected or that Tyler Robinson has been proven to be a patsy. But two assassinations, the same rifle caliber, inconclusive bullet comparisons, vehicles central to both investigations, and questions surrounding the evidence? It's an interesting rabbit hole. And what stands out to me just as much as the similarities is the difference in how the families publicly approached the investigations. Coretta Scott King didn't just ask for answers. She questioned whether the very agencies investigating her husband's murder could be trusted to tell the truth. She wanted them investigated, too.

"... it is security camera footage so you can kind of guess what the quality of that is but we do know dressed in all dark clothing..." Are jeans and light gray converse considered "all dark clothing"?
There's no mention of Bagley finding that super secret screwdriver. Then: ".. although the individual moved out of the camera's view for a short time... " "throughout the surveillance the suspect keeps his head down and rarely raises his head enough to get a clear image of his face." "..where he leaves the camera's view. The camera later captures the suspect as he runs across the roof". I'm not convinced they have footage of that screwdriver in use or a clear image of the suspects face.

Tyler Robinson's Defense team anticipates trial to begin in 2029?! I wonder how Erika's lawyer reacted to this. Interesting that the defense seems to have been unaware of documents that UVU has. What else are they unaware of or have not obtained?

Why isn't Bannon shunned like the rest of the people in the files? Is it strictly because he claimed he was making a documentary? Wasn't that documentary of his supposed to be released this year? I don't understand why he's platformed by TPUSA & Friends. Educate me.

I'm not finding much talk from him regarding the philes after the release. He's still expected to be a speaker at Amfest. I don't understand. 🫠

TPUSA UK CEO Jack Ross "filmed discussing the cost of hiring contract killers.." Unreal. Below is a clip of him speaking about Charlie's death on Sept 10th.

What the fuck.
🚨🇬🇧 Turning Point UK's CEO was filmed offering an undercover reporter a menu of beatings, stabbings and killings through a Glasgow contact who says he arms the UVF Al Jazeera’s undercover operation started in 2021 when a reporter joined the British offshoot of the American student group. Its CEO Jack Ross, a Conservative candidate in 2023, introduced the reporter to Allan Nesbitt, a convicted criminal and self-described UVF member, agreed on camera to pay him to stage a fake pro-Zimbabwe rally, and priced out what Nesbitt’s friends could do to a person, from cutting faces to MURDER. The UVF is the Ulster Volunteer Force, a Protestant loyalist paramilitary from Northern Ireland’s Troubles that killed over 500 people between 1966 and 1999, including 33 in one day in the Dublin and Monaghan bombings, and is still banned as a terror group. Since the peace deal it has run mostly as a drug gang that kept the name and the guns. Nesbitt reportedly met the reporter in a London hotel, offered to have a fictional business rival “finished,” claimed he’d personally stabbed a man to death, showed a shotgun and pistol on a video call and said the fee would buy weapons smuggled from Scotland into Northern Ireland. Ross says it was a joke. The joke came with a price list, a weapons demo and a smuggling route, and the police now have a name and a video... and wasn't particularly funny. Somebody in Turning Point UK’s donor base should be asking when the fundraising dinners turned into this. Source: Al Jazeera / Writer: Daniel
