“Thank you to the over 20,000 residents of District 57 who put their trust in me. A heartfelt thank you to my incredible team for their hard work, resilience, and commitment, and to every donor, volunteer, and local business owner who proudly displayed our signs and championed our cause. I am deeply grateful to the unions, organizations, and community groups that believed in our vision and stood by us. Thank you! While this isn’t the outcome we hoped for, our commitment to working families remains unwavering. I pledge to keep fighting for our community and for a Michigan that offers opportunity and justice for all. The fight continues—and this is only the beginning!” ### #thankyou

It was an honor to have House Majority Leader @AbrahamAiyash , House Majority Whip @RanjeevPuri and my dear friend Leah Martin join me for door knocking in Troy! Engaging directly with residents and hearing about their needs reinforces my commitment to being an accessible, accountable representative. A couple of weeks ago, my dear friend Megan Kola for Macomb County Commission and I had the privilege of meeting with the residents of Rudgate Manor Mobile Home Park. Listening to the residents’ concerns was invaluable, and one of the most pressing issues raised was the rising cost of rent. With the cost of living skyrocketing, I understand the heavy burden this places on our neighbors—especially single parents, seniors on fixed incomes, and veterans who have served our nation. As a prosecuting attorney, I’ve dedicated my career to protecting our communities and ensuring justice. I understand that safety and stability go hand in hand, and that includes housing security. As your state representative, I’ll work tirelessly to champion policies that create safe, stable neighborhoods for all of us. You deserve a representative who will fight for you, and I am committed to making sure our community is a place where everyone can thrive! #mhd57 #sterlingheights #troy #madisonheights #community #publicservant #farooqifor57
