📣 DELIVERED! Thousands signed my petition for a windfall tax on bank super-profits. I’ve now presented it in Parliament.
Banks are making billions extra from the same higher interest rates driving up your mortgages and rents.
Let’s tax those profits and bail out the people!
Water companies want ANOTHER price hike on your water bills. They want you to take the 💩hit for their chronic, catastrophic performance.
Write to your MP - demand that the Chancellor blocks any more bill hikes.
🚨But don't put it off - the deadline is this Thursday.

The ceasefire in frontline Oleshky is real and actually holding. The first major, effective ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine since Feb.2022 — and it happened thanks to the Trump administration.
First Lady Melania Trump rightly pointed out that among those evacuated from Oleshky will be people who actually want to go to Russia.
Now, here's a fun little question: where do you think Ukrainian men of draft age will choose to go?🤔
My guess is that Ukraine will fight tooth and nail for every last one of them — not necessarily to save them, mind you, but to score a glorious propaganda victory.
The only mystery is what kind of irresistible sales pitch Kyiv could possibly come up with to lure these men into its very own open-air prison with ТЦК hunters.

This is a very silly tactic.
He was tripped up all over the place on the security line, and even moved away from it himself, saying it was a reward for Brexit, and could be spent on "Ferraris".
Now he is using the horrific attack on Anne Widdecombe as a way to move back to it.

He is one of the accused suspects.

This is a map of voting sites in Jerusalem. As you can see, they are completely absent from most of East Jerusalem, where the majority is Palestinian. This is how apartheid works. You give a small and harmless minority of Palestinians the right to vote, take pictures of them and talk about how you have democracy. Then you don't let them into the coalition and make sure only Jews have power.

Who remembers when former BoD President Lionel Kopelowitz threatened to kill Jeremy Corbyn as a 'sacrifice?'
Rather than condemn Kopelowitz, the chairperson warns speakers to watch what they say as the meeting is live-streamed.

A body wrapped in gauze Blood silently flows whenever the pain intensifies Outside, a merciless war rages, while a thin cotton tent offers no protection from the winter cold or the summer heat. Rodents surround it, along with water so contaminated that it is unfit even for tears, let alone drinking
This is the story of little Rima, who suffers from a rare skin disease that has turned her delicate body into a map of pain
On top of the cruelty of her rare illness, the harsh realities of war in Gaza have cast their dark shadow over her life, denying her even the most basic rights to a normal childhood or access to the medical care she needs to preserve what remains of her innocent life
Rima is suffering and her tiny body can no longer endure any more pain. She understands nothing about the complexities of politics. All she knows is that she is hurting
There are no treatments available in Gaza

Hayek was a midwit snake-oil salesman of the first order. Put simply, the legally established negative liberty he champions permits the unequal ability of uncoerced individuals to achieve a very narrow and often unethically gained type of success in his ridiculously idealised 'market'. Then they monopolise market sectors and buy their way into power to exploit and coerce others. Result - the constant renewal and reproduction of the 1% revolving-door oligarchy. Tent cities getting bigger but GDP looks good and we've got AI! Hordes of unthinking wannabe strivers have been persuaded that this is the timeless moral and natural order of things.

Turns out, for some voters, it is the only issue they care about: creating an Palestinianrein Israel the same way the Nazis created a Judenrein Germany.

The CAA was already thoroughly discredited last December when a judge ruled a case it had brought against the comedian Reginald Hunter was “vexatious” and “abusive” and aimed purely at getting him “cancelled”. So horrified was the judge by their behaviour he instructed a copy of his ruling to be attached to any future legal action brought by the CAA.
It is astonishing the CAA still has charitable status and more astonishing still that the BBC interviews it as being representative of the Jewish community.
