History teaches us an important lesson about natural resources. The countries that benefit most from their resources are not always those that simply discover them. Rather, the countries that benefit the most are those that deliberately build the industries, companies, skills, and institutions around those resources. Oil itself does not create prosperity. Capability does. Success in the oil & gas sector is built on systems, standards, and consistency. Local firms must invest in structured processes, ISO-certified safety standards, and strong partnerships; backed by reliable financial support. Quality and safety are non-negotiable; you must deliver what you commit. Mr. Tom Mukasa, CEO, Pearl Engineering Co.
