One of the reasons people are so pissed off and at the end of their tethers is because the public get prosecuted and held to account for any little mistake whereas people who make catastrophic decisions motivated by greed etc get away with it. Politicians never get prosecuted.

Today, we honour the 144 lives lost in the Aberfan disaster, 116 children and 28 adults. On October 21, 1966, tragedy struck when a coal tip engulfed Pantglas Junior School, devastating an entire community.
