349 days ago the Prime Minister @AndrewHolnessJM promised Jamaica and the world transparency. On November 19, 2025 he announced that ODPEM would publish a system to deliver real time information so the public could see what came in as donations, what went out and who were the beneficiaries. He said there should be nothing secret and the system would be up very soon. It is now November 3 2026. Almost one year later. Where is the donation tracker? Jamaicans deserve to see in real time what was received and how it was used. If the system was well down the wicket then, why are their no runs on the board and why is the public still in the dark now? Publish the tracker PM!
