--tls-verify currently only verifies against CA (not domain). Would like to change --tls-verify to verify both CA and domain, with new options for CA-only (existing behavior) and domain-only (new behavior). Is changing the behavior of this existing option is burdensome to users?

Don't know when it'll be released (hopefully soon) but I decided to change the meaning of --tls-verify to mean "verify everything I know how to verify" and add new options for specific verifications

If run with `--server 1.1.1.1:2525 --port 2626`, should swaks use 2525 or 2626? Currently uses 2525, can't decide if that's right or not. Don't want to error, just want to document which one wins.
