5-0 WIN. ANOTHER CLEAN SHEET. ANOTHER 3 POINTS. 💙⚽️ A great result for the Swavesey Institute Reserves as the boys come away with a convincing 5-0 win against Mott MacDonald! Rocco bagged himself a hat-trick, with Alfie Scott and AJ Scott also getting on the scoresheet to round off a solid result. That said, the scoreline could have been even bigger. The second half was a little flat, and we probably got a bit too comfortable at times when there was more out there for us. But football is about results, and we got the job done. Another clean sheet, five goals scored and another three points on the board. After last week’s draw against Great Paxton, it was important to get a reaction, and the boys delivered where it mattered. Plenty of positives to take, but we know there’s still more in this group. We take the three points, enjoy the win, and get ready to go again. 💙 UP THE SWAVESEY! #SwaveseyInstitute #Reserves #ThreePoints #CleanSheet #Matchday #UpTheRessies

ANOTHER AWAY DAY. TIME TO RESPOND. ⚽️💙 The Ressies are back on the road this week as we make the trip to face Mott MacDonald. Last week saw the boys come away with a draw against Great Paxton. Although it wasn’t our finest performance, we still take a point and move on. This week, the focus is on putting things right. We know there’s more in this group, and the lads will be looking to show that with a much-improved performance and all three points up for grabs. It’s another away day, another test, and another opportunity to prove what we’re about. We need to be switched on from the first whistle, win our battles, put the work in and do the basics right. The boys know what they have to do. No excuses, just a reaction. One point last week. This week, we go looking for all three. Another big three points. Up the ressies⚽️💙 #SwaveseyInstitute #Reserves #AwayDay

BOUNCE BACK MENTALITY. HOME COMFORTS. ⚽️💙 The Swavesey Institute Reserves are back in action this week as we welcome Great Paxton for a home fixture. Last week saw the boys suffer a disappointing 4-1 defeat away from home, but there’s no time for feeling sorry for ourselves. In football, it’s all about how you respond when things don’t go your way. This week is about putting things right. Getting back to the basics, rolling our sleeves up and showing what this group is all about. We know we’re capable of more, and now it’s time to prove it. Every tackle, every second ball, every battle — we need to be up for it from the first whistle to the last. No excuses. No hiding. Just hard work, togetherness and a reaction. We’re back on home soil, and the boys will be looking to put last week behind them and get back to picking up points. Time to respond. Time to put things right. Let’s get after it. 💙⚽️ #SwaveseyInstitute #Reserves #Matchday

⚽️SWAVESEY INSTITUTE RESERVES⚽️ The Ressies are back on the road this weekend as we make the trip to face Soham Town Rangers U23s. Last week saw the boys come through a proper local derby against Bar Hill and walk away with a big three points. That result has brought confidence, but there’s no time to sit back. There’s a real buzz around this group at the moment. The lads are together, confidence is high and everyone knows exactly what’s expected. But talk means nothing once that whistle goes. We’ll need to be ready for the battle, compete for every ball, win the ugly moments and put in the graft for 90 minutes. We know what we have to do. Now it’s about delivering. Another away day. Another test. Another chance to put three points on the board.

💙 FULL TIME | SWAVESEY INSTITUTE RESERVES 2–0 BAR HILL 💙 DERBY DAY. 3 POINTS. CLEAN SHEET. 🔥 A brilliant performance from the boys sees us come away with a 2–0 victory in the local derby! From the first whistle, we dominated pretty much the whole game, creating chances and putting Bar Hill under constant pressure. The only thing missing in the first half was that clinical finish to really put the game beyond them. But the boys didn’t give in. 💪 The second half saw us keep pushing, fighting for every ball and working hard right until the final whistle. That determination eventually paid off with two great finishes from Alfie Neal and Fyfe Alldred to secure all three points. ⚽⚽ A massive team performance from everyone involved, plenty of heart, hard work and togetherness from start to finish. ✅ 3 POINTS CLAIMED 🧤 CLEAN SHEET ⚽ 2 GREAT GOALS 💙 EVERYTHING TOGETHER We enjoy this one, but it’s straight back to work as we get ready to go again next week. UP THE RESSIES! 💙🔥 #UpTheRessies #EverythingTogether #DerbyDay #CleanSheet #3Points

⚽️LOCAL DERBY⚽️ | SWAVESEY INSTITUTE RESERVES 😈 This weekend we make the short trip up the road for a local derby against Bar Hill! ⚽ With no game last weekend, the boys have had the chance to put in a serious shift at training, and the lads are ready to take that hard work into Saturday. It’s a derby, it’s competitive, and we’re going into it looking for nothing less than all three points. 💪🔥 The boys are ready. The work has been put in. Now it’s time to deliver. 📍 Bar Hill 🆚 Bar Hill 💙 Swavesey Institute Reserves All support is welcome and massively appreciated. Get behind the boys! 👊 UP THE RESSIES! 💙⚽ #UpTheRessies #EverythingTogether

⚽ FULL TIME | SWAVESEY INSTITUTE RESERVES 0–1 FC KENNETT ⚽ A tough one for the boys today as we lose 1–0 to a good, experienced FC Kennett side. We’re disappointed not to come away with anything from the game as we dominated most of it. But there were plenty of positives to take from the performance, and the lads showed plenty of fight and determination right until the final whistle. 💙 Now it’s about getting back to training, working hard and putting things right. We go again Saturday. 👊🔥 The season is a long one and we’ll keep pushing forward together. UP THE RESSIES! 💙 #UpTheRessies #EverythingTogether

⚽ MATCHDAY | SWAVESEY INSTITUTE RESERVES ⚽ After last weekend’s hard-fought 2–1 victory, the boys are back at it this weekend as we host Fc Kennett. We’ll be looking to build on last week’s result and take that same fight, heart and determination into this weekend’s game against what we know will be a good Kennett side. The boys are up for this one and ready to go again. 💪🔥 🏟️ Swavesey College 4G Pitch 🆚 FC Kennett 💙 Swavesey Institute Reserves We’ll be looking for another big performance and, most importantly, another good result Any support down at the College is more than welcome and hugely appreciated. 💙 FULL TIME | SWAVESEY INSTITUTE RESERVES 2–1 BUCKDEN 💙 THREE POINTS! 🔥 A brilliant team performance sees the Reserves come away with a well-deserved 2–1 victory and three points on the board! The first half saw us have some really good spells of football, moving the ball well and creating opportunities, but we just lacked that little bit of urgency and fight to really take control of the game. The gaffa made some changes at half-time, bringing on Alfie, Scott, Tom Arthur and Fyfe, and the boys really turned up the heat in the second half. 💪 We became a constant threat, putting pressure on the Buckden back line and forcing them deeper and deeper. The pressure eventually paid off, with Tommy Arthur stepping up when it mattered most and grabbing TWO well-taken goals to earn himself Man of the Match. ⚽⚽🏆 But this one was about much more than individual performances. Massive credit to the whole squad. The boys showed real heart, determination and togetherness to see the game out and claim the three points we deserved. A great way to start the season, but there’s plenty more to come. Now we reset, keep working and focus on next week. 👊 UP THE RESSIES! 💙 #UpTheRessies #EverythingTogether #3Points #TeamPerformance #mackball
