Episode 45 is the biggest podcast we’ve ever put out. Honestly put this on at 9.40ish to ring in the New Year with two Northerners. Alternatively listen in parts. But definitely give it a listen if you can. pod.link/1551477554 #running #ukocr #podcast

So that awkward moment when you buy these on Monday for work, get a positive LFT on Tuesday morning and are awaiting your PCR so don’t go back to work for the rest of the week 🙈. How many calories are in this lot 😬

Slightly late sharing this but just in case anyones not seen it, this is important. This behaviour is sadly so ingrained but that doesn’t mean we can’t change it. We (by which I mean those with Y chromosomes) need to be more aware of the impact of our actions

Gender Based Violence campaign #IsThisOK

The campaign is aimed at men and boys to challenge problematic behaviours and tackle the sexual harassment of women and girls in public spaces.

Not looking for a gold star, but had it this week at an office party. A young member of the team was looking glum. My first thought was to tell her to smile. It’s such a “natural” thing to do. Instead I just asked her how the party was going for her.
Everyone loves a good Christmas parody video and this is one from @TheNuclearRaces is hilarious 🤣

So, had the 5G booster last night. So far only got a sore arm. That’s a win right?

So just done my first yoga flow for like a month or so. Can’t believe how inflexible I’ve suddenly become 🙈

So runners anyone else’s body protest a week before a training block? 16 weeks until @Marathon_Mcr next week so my sciatic nerve starts to play up #ouch #running

Apparently we missed this on the show when talking about recent deals - but you still have 2 hours to save.

So today there’s a @SpartanRace going on in Abu Dhabi. Sadly we couldn’t make it but our friends @MYZONEmoves have. Here is their tent courtesy of @ObstacleMedia. Looks like paradise to be fair.

So Happy Friday all. What’s happening in the Twitterverse? I have a Christmas do in Manchester later and been up since 4.30am to get some training in. Odds on this ending badly? 🤣 #friday #christmasdo #mayneedsleep

Not the best picture but there was a proper “reverse” Dreamworks moon in the sky this morning. Just needed the guy with his fishing rod.
