This week we cranked the freshness up thanks to our friends @IndyHighBines! 15 lbs. each of freshly harvested chinook and cashmere went into our harvest ale, a hoppy red ale coming soon!

Happy batch 100, @SwitchyardBeer! Today brought another round of our newest core beer, Boxcar Cream Ale! Thanks again to our friends @SugarCreekMalt and @IndyHighBines for helping us make this an all Indiana beer! Stay tuned for a new way to enjoy this easy drinking cream ale 🧐

Starting the morning right here at @SwitchyardBeer with fresh roasted malts from our friends @SugarCreekMalt! Local malts joining local coffee for a new batch of @hopscoffee stout!

The @SwitchyardBeer mobile yeast unit had its maiden run this past Friday. Thanks to our friend @TheTapBrewer, I’m brewing a Belgian dark strong today! Shout out also to @taxmanbrewing for some grain help after my order was shorted! May have learned some style tips from them too.
