We survived! Man, after the eye passed over, it got SO windy. Like WOW that was a lot. The house is ok. The neighborhood is full of branches. Power is out. Glad it’s mostly over.

This is how many tornadoes we had in just three hours - the largest tornado outbreak in Florida history. The communities where I live and work are absolutely trashed, and the hurricane hasn’t even made landfall yet. My house is holding up so far

I’ll admit it. I’m a weather nerd. I’m in the largest tornado outbreak I’ve ever seen. There are 18 tornadoes right now, all inside Hurricane Milton feeder bands that are about to sweep over my area. No matter where you are in Florida, this is potentially very serious.

My hurricane shutters are closed, metal slats over the door. Got a solid roof, plenty of food and water. My house is not in a flood zone. I’m just hoping that the tornadoes fucking chill.
