Has the U.S. Consulate established contact and conducted a welfare check? Any available information on his current status or the status of consular notification would be appreciated.
If there is an established process for an authorized private party to conduct an in-person welfare visit, a team from my organization is prepared to travel immediately under whatever protocol the Consulate requires.
