We're thrilled to say that yesterday Jake got to ring the "Going home bell", signifying he's come to the end of his rehabilitation at The Children's Trust.
Jake read a heartwarming speech thanking staff, friends and family, going on to say "I can finally pursue my dreams". 👏😃
