Ok, it's here. The South Texas Coastal Bend has been DISCOVERED. No more sleepy little beach towns or fishing villages remain undiscovered. Developments, housing & resorts abound. In Port A, Palmilla & Sea Oats are doing big things while in Corpus we have Waves & Lake Padre.

Well this great economy is bringing some of the sidelined developers back to North & South Padre Island. New projects have been announced & rumors say a large, branded, global resort company is circling around South Padre again & it looks like Lake Padre is getting back on track
