@exchangeincome reporting 3rd highest increase among ALPA rep’d groups. Surely a certain EIC subsidiary can afford a fair pilot contract. One has to wonder, @SeamusORegan why @PALBorealisMEC hasn’t been given access to the books?

It's a tough situation but I believe you are correct. The best deals are reached at the table. Treat people like they are essential and they will live up to it, if given the chance. Force it on them and they will resist it for a long time.
