The run has officially come to a close.
Out of 50 groups, we are proud to have made it all the way to the **Semifinals** of the Timbaland Global Search.
That alone is something I will never take lightly.
To every person who voted, shared, reposted, spoke our name in a Space, sent the link to a friend, encouraged us privately, or simply believed enough to keep pushing—
THANK YOU.
This journey reminded me of something powerful:
When a community comes together around one common cause, the energy becomes bigger than any one person.
The XRPL community showed up for us. People from other chains showed love. Friends, family, artists, builders, and supporters came together and made this experience unforgettable.
And I have to give flowers where they belong.
XRPMan — thank you for creating the track and giving this whole thing a foundation.
Boo — you brought color, personality, and your own creative energy to the record in a way only you could.
Spiffy— a true Master MC. Professional, sharp, prepared, and dangerous on the mic every single time.
Working with the three of you was an honor.

OWNING AN NFT IS NOT THE SAME AS SAVING AN IMAGE
Anybody can screenshot an NFT, download its image, repost it, or even use it to make animations and videos. None of that means they own the NFT.
On the XRPL, NFT ownership is recorded on the ledger and tied to a wallet. That’s what proves who actually owns it. Having a copy of the image doesn’t prove anything.
NFTs can come with real utility. Access to applications, exclusive content, original artwork files, downloadable collectibles, special features, and other benefits that only verified holders can access. Those benefits depend on the NFT and what the project offers.
This is part of what Web3 is all about. Digital ownership that can be verified without having to take somebody’s word for it. Your wallet becomes your identity across applications, and the NFTs you own can give you access to things that aren’t available to everyone else.
I’ve built utilities that verify NFT ownership directly on the XRPL. When you connect your wallet, the application checks what you actually own and gives you access to the benefits associated with those NFTs.
You can save somebody else’s NFT image all day long. You can even use it to make your own content. But that doesn’t give you ownership, access to holder benefits, or rights to the original artwork. You can copy an image, but you can’t copy the ownership recorded on the ledger. If you think saving an NFT image means you own the NFT, you’re horribly mistaken.
