Cowboys (2-4) at Eagles (2-4) tonight — MNF, 8:15 ET at the Linc on ESPN/ABC. Two matchups decide it: Goedert as McKee's safety valve, and third down, where neither side can get what it needs.
S P.J. Locke and OLB Marist Liufau will not travel with the team to Philadelphia and will remain on injured reserve, per @DallasCowboysPR. #DallasCowboys
Tomorrow night: Cowboys (2-4) at Eagles (2-4), MNF 8:15 ET at the Linc. Final reports are in — Dallas gets Overshown and Durant back, but Winters, Turpin and Shelton are out. Philly rules out DeVonta Smith, Wicks, Nolan Smith and Carter. #DallasCowboys
1. Barkley's game-time call. Full participant Saturday, still questionable after two missed games. Philly ran for 57 yards total without him; Dallas gives up a league-worst 149.8 rush yards per game. Greenard (ankle) is also a game-time call after another DNP.
Final injury report for Monday at Philly: Shelton and Turpin are out, but Durant and Overshown carry no designation and will play. Eagles rule out DeVonta Smith and Nolan Smith; Barkley questionable, per @dallascowboys. #DallasCowboys
2 days out from Monday night in Philly, and this one comes down to matchups. Lamb and Pickens against a gassed secondary, Barkley against a run defense that just got gashed, and McKee leaning on DeVonta Smith. #DallasCowboys
1. Lamb/Pickens vs Mitchell/DeJean. Mitchell is still the guy you avoid (69.3 passer rating allowed), but DeJean has been picked on: 97.8 rating, 2 slot TDs on 14 targets, 13 missed tackles. Lamb: 48 catches, 96.2 yards per game, 4 TDs in 6 games.
George Pickens (shoulder) was a full participant in Friday's practice and said it won't be an issue Monday at Philadelphia, per @toddarcher. Pickens, Porter Jr., Guyton, Overshown and Durant all full, per @jonmachota. #DallasCowboys
Eagles defensive weaknesses, 3 days out — Cowboys at Philadelphia, Monday 8:15 ET. Four straight losses. The defense is T-27th in EPA/play allowed (+0.08) and 30th in EPA/rush (+0.01, statchasers). Three places Dallas can attack.
1. The pass rush doesn't finish — 33.8% pressure rate but a 3.4% sack rate (2nd-lowest in the NFL), 8 sacks total (T-27th), just 10% of pressures converted (PhillyVoice). Nolan Smith (concussion) DNP Thursday; Greenard (ankle) and Hunt (knee/ankle) limited. 2. The run defense is 30th in EPA/rush — the Rams ran for 3 TDs at 4.2 YPC, Carolina went 33-126 last week. Philly faces 67.7 plays/game (4th-most), on pace for a record 1,224 snaps. Williams (7 rush TDs) meets a gassed front.
3. Throw everywhere but Quinyon Mitchell (74.6 PFF coverage grade, 69.3 passer rating allowed). Cooper DeJean has cratered — 97.8 rating allowed, 2 slot TDs on 14 targets after none his first two seasons, 13 missed tackles (PFF via Inside the Iggles/PhillyVoice). Philly allows 65.2% on intermediate throws (NFL-best 42.6% last year). 4. Three takeaways all season (T-30th, PFR) — the defense for Dak, with 4 INTs in his last two games, to throw aggressively against.
Cowboys Thursday injury report (MNF at Eagles): George Pickens (shoulder) and Tyler Guyton (calf) limited; Von Miller (rest), Drew Shelton (hamstring), KaVontae Turpin (ribs), Dee Winters (Achilles) DNP, per @dallascowboys. #DallasCowboys
Cowboys at Eagles, Monday night. Philadelphia has lost four straight and fields one of the least efficient offenses in football: -0.13 EPA/play (29th), 4.38 yards per play (32nd), and the league's highest three-and-out rate (statchasers).
1. The design isn't the product. First-year play-caller Sean Mannion was hired to install a motion-heavy, play-action, wide-zone attack. The Eagles run play-action on 10.6% of dropbacks, dead last in the NFL (Sharp). EPA per rush ranks 27th.

Replying to @BryanBroaddus
@BryanBroaddus & @1053thefan, genuine football question:
When you watch these Rashan Gary reps, what exactly does your eye test tell you?
My film charting has him at 41 pressures, 18 QB hits & 2 holding calls. PFF has 24 pressures.
That's a significant gap.
So here's my question: Which of these reps aren't impactful, and what specifically are you seeing that says otherwise?
I'd genuinely welcome a film-based breakdown of where our evaluations differ.
Let's put the opinions aside, pull up the tape, and talk actual football. 🎯
I sat down with @JeLLy_ThaDON to discuss the impact of these reps and his answer was more inline with what's on the film. FINISH FOR SURE, BUT THE IMPACT IS HERE.
Also There is a huge gap between the film and PFF stats here, so feel free to give me your count on these reps and tell me how many pressures you count & QB hits.
Thoughts?
Over the last 3 weeks, Rashan Gary leads the NFL in quarterback pressures.
Is he proving to be worth the acquisition for the Cowboys? @1053SS, @rjchoppy and @BobbyBeltTX weigh in⤵️
Cowboys legend Cornell Green, a 5x Pro Bowler and Super Bowl VI champion, has died at 86, per @dallascowboys. Never missed a game in 13 seasons (1962-74). #DallasCowboys
