Two-strike hitting is important because almost 50% of your at-bats will get there.
However, one of the best ways to be good with two strikes is to never get there.
How do you do that?
Be prepared from pitch one.
Know what you’re hunting.
Be ready to attack and do damage when you get your pitch.
Don’t miss it!
Better two-strike hitting can start before two strikes.

School ball is off to a great start! After 4 games, including the @GADCsoftball Leadoff Classic, I’m hitting .667 with a 2.109 OPS, 3 HR and 10 RBI. So glad to be back on the field with my @softballeagles !

🚨 MLB Play of the Week
• Great players are great anticipators. Notice, the second he fields it he’s thinking about throwing behind the runner.
• Only by understanding the situation (before the ball is hit) can you make this play.
⭐️ Awesome stuff!

Every hitter I train learns to get behind the ball and why it helps them be more consistent.
It’s what turns weak rollovers into balls you actually drive with authority.
The cue I use the most for this: Keep your eyes behind it and finish all the way through the ball.
This helps you stay on the ball too. (There are many benefits)
These 4 MLB guys do it about as clean as it gets.
