What an incredible day at the 2026 Season Builder Culture Clinic!
We are incredibly grateful for everyone who joined us for a day centered around culture, leadership, mental health, and what it means to build stronger teams.
A huge thank you to Butch Thompson @3strikes_AU , Kyle Stark, and Dr. Braden Brown @DrBradenBrown for sharing their experience and expertise, and to all of the coaches and sports administrators who came ready to learn, connect, and grow.
We also want to thank our generous sponsors and amazing volunteers. Their support and hard work made it possible to offer this experience completely free to coaches and administrators.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to invest in the coaching community and create a space for meaningful conversations and practical takeaways that can make a difference long after the event ends.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s Culture Clinic such a meaningful day. We can’t wait to see you again next year!

What a special day hosting @AuburnBaseball for practice! But the biggest blessing today was listening to @3strikes_AU speak of the impact that legendary & HOF Coach Brian Shoop has had on his life, starting as a young coach! Coach Shoop has impacted so many people! Special man!

Five years ago, Season Builder started with a simple belief: Athletes need more than performance training.
They need mentorship, personal growth, purpose, and support for the person behind the jersey.
Today, as we celebrate 5 years of impact!
- 2,611 athletes impacted through our team programs
- 66 teams served through culture development and leadership training
- Our first large leadership event launched through the Culture Clinic
We still believe the same thing we believed on day one: Sports are one of the greatest tools in the world for personal development when used intentionally.
And we’re just getting started.
Thank you to every coach, athlete, donor, supporter, mentor, speaker, volunteer, and friend who has helped build this mission over the last 5 years. Your investment is changing lives far beyond the game.
Here’s to the next season.
