The best way for the country to conserve on water use is not public service pleading, not water lock-offs, not arresting lawn-waterers. It is to eliminate the long-standing underpricing of water in order to remove the current incentive for ppl to waste it.

These people in these buildings do not know how to break your single. They take that marketing budget and go contract someone your age to execute the campaign.
