Look I know you have stuff going on but could you please look into or get somebody that can to look into people not being able to play the game since Patch 1.17. We have wen't through all the proper steps with 2K Support. Even escalated the ticket to higher ups. After going through that 2K Support said they can't figure out what's going on and basically said your team needs to address the issue as it's out of there hands. Any feedback at all would be appreciated. Thanks.

WWE 2K26 #WWE2K26 #WWEGames #MyFaction @UniqueMazique You have some explaining to do because you clearly have lied. Not only do we get another Casket match but the rewards are not similar at all.

What happened to permanent? Also get rid of the cooldown, so annoying can't even play the game that we paid for.

Please @UniqueMazique: Can you please remove the cooldown on World Tour & Weekly Towers please? That’s all I ask, you can keep giving us Casket Matches and make us do 4 30 person Gauntlet Eliminators for the Locker Room Leaders Cards. #RemoveMyFactionCooldown #WWE2K26

Last year the grind was so much easier with no cooldowns and faster ways to win, the packs were also much easier to obtain cards where as this year I barely ever pull cards from any sets even when opening deluxe packs. It’s ridiculous how difficult it is compared to last year.
