500+ students across four cities have been part of the Idea Innovation Bootcamp, run with colleges by Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI) and T-Hub. Here’s how a session goes. It starts with a question: what problem around you needs fixing? Teams talk it through and put their ideas on paper, mentors give feedback, and every team pitches to a panel. This is happening across cities, and it leads somewhere bigger: the Climate Tech Incubator: Student Launchpad Program Season 2. Selected teams get 12 weeks of mentorship from MBRDI and T-Hub experts, access to Maker Lab to build a working prototype, up to ₹50,000 in funding per team, and a Demo Day to present their results, with no participation fee.
