The people of Walkden have waited long enough!
Cllr Youd (@jackyoud90), Cllr Syed, & Cllr Pepper (@teresapepper) have written to @salford_mayor to ask for assistance in tacking the unacceptable delay from @networkrail in delivering accessibility works at Walkden Station.
All transport modes deserve accessibility for all,well done for highlighting this .
Keep up the pressure to make this a priority.

I fully agree with you all, the time @networkrail is taking to progress much needed accessibility works at Walkden Train Station since funding was confirmed in March 2020 by @transportgovuk is deeply concerning!
