We’ve got 11-year-olds getting ranked, 13-year-olds getting recruiting advice, and 15-year-olds being told their athletic window is closing.
Meanwhile, more than half of the adults involved haven’t came close to figuring out their own lives yet.
Girls who want to play in college, I advise U to join in on this Nov. 1st
There have very literally been 100s of recruits get offers and opportunities from our spaces!
Please join! It’s FREE! There will be coaches from all levels on to listen and check you out!

When you get to college, nobody cares what you did in high school.
All-League. All-State. MVP. Rankings. Records.
It all starts over.
New coaches. New teammates. Better competition.
Now you have to earn it all over again.

My next standout from the @NYBABasketball Development & Recruitment Camp with @PaulBiancardii is #72 @cj12crxzy, and he brought his hard hat today with a blue-collar mentality that was easy to appreciate.
CJ battled fiercely on defense, getting after his man and bringing toughness on that end of the floor. He also attacked the boards with the same fire, fighting for rebounds and giving his team valuable work around the paint.
Impact isn't always about scoring in bunches, because winning basketball is also built on defense, rebounding, hustle, and doing the things your team needs to win. CJ embraced that work today and showed exactly how valuable those things can be.

CJ Waller @cj12crxzy is headed to the University of Pikeville for an Unofficial Visit on September 26 after receiving an invitation from Head Coach Tigh Compton. Another big moment for CJ as his hard work continues getting noticed and creating new possibilities in his basketball journey.
CJ brings toughness, defense, rebounding and a blue-collar mentality every time he steps on the floor, while continuing to grow his offensive game. Coach Compton giving him the invitation to visit UPike is another sign that the work CJ keeps putting in is being seen, and September 26 will be another special day in his journey.

CJ Waller @cj12crxzy is headed to Concord University for an Official Visit on October 17th, another big moment that shows his hard work is paying off. CJ continues putting in the work and earning attention, and now he gets the chance to spend time with Head Coach Jayson Gee and the Concord University basketball program.
Every workout, every long day in the gym, and every sacrifice has helped CJ reach moments like this, and this Official Visit gives him another chance to show exactly who he is as a player and young man. CJ's journey continues, and another door is opening because he keeps working for everything he wants.
