For those interested in #CDPAP, go to minute 24. CMS explains that the link between #SEIU and the unnamed #PPL will be further investigated, not to mention the poor regulatory oversight of #Medicaid under #Hochul. NY needs transparency to root out healthcare corruption.

"Those numbers represent a decrease from 2022, when there were 116 teenage victims and 98 arrested, but a sharp rise from the years before the pandemic."

“One of the most substantive exchanges in Thursday night’s hourlong debate hosted by NY1 centered on New York’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, which had roughly $60 million in annual federal funding that was suspended in July after federal regulators cited years of weak criminal enforcement. Komatireddy pointed to the findings as evidence that fraud enforcement had deteriorated under James. “We used to have one of the best Medicaid fraud units in the country,” she said.”

Basically, the @nytimes doesn't cover anything that is inconsistent with their worldview and political narrative. Just look at their coverage of the recent NY Atty. Gen. debate. The sitting AG was completely and totally dominated by the upstart #GOP challenger, @sarithaforny. Wasn't that part of "All the news that's fit to print"?!!!
Neither part of the kicker is true. This is not opinion, this is just basic fact. The subway is not the second safest in 15 years, and the pandemic years were not even safer, whatever these two things even mean together. The reality is the reality, whether the NYT likes it or not: subway murders soared in early 2020 and have never gone back to normal. Felony assaults are much worse, too.

Fraud is a big problem in New York! When @sarithaforny is elected, hopefully she will investigate the corruption that led to the #PPL takeover of #CDPAP, instigated by #SEIU1199. #SaveCDPAP
In Queensbury, talking about the rising costs straining New York families.
As Attorney General, I’ll crack down on fraud and hold scammers accountable, because New Yorkers deserve to keep more of their hard-earned money.
When we prosecute crime and fraud, we’ll end the Crime Tax.

It is an honor to have the endorsement of the former NYPD Commissioner, Ray Kelly.
Kelly was the longest longest-serving Police Commissioner in New York City history, serving under Mayors David Dinkins and Michael Bloomberg.

And notice how none of the so-called “progressives” are expressing anywhere near the level of outrage they expressed over the shooting of Oscar Belgal by ICE last week? Notice how none of them are taking to the streets or calling for the abolition of the street gangs involved?
Where is @ZohranKMamdani? Where is @DarializaforNY? Where is @tiffany_caban? Where is @bradlander? Where is @GovKathyHochul? Where is the @nycDSA?
Where’s the energy they had on October 8th when the person with a non-life-threatening GSW was a violent, drug-dealing Trinitario here illegally? The truth is that they don’t actually care about shootings unless they can use them to advance their political agenda. They don’t even try to hide it, and it’s disgusting.

I am hosting an @X Space tomorrow at 5pm ET where I will interview @sarithaforny followed by open mic Q&A.
Saritha is by far the most qualified candidate for AG. Listen to her for five minutes and you will understand why.
