Today the plane we were supposed to take to Chicago from Reno, landed late and people were deboarding when we were supposed to be boarding. We would be delayed an hour, missed or connection second day. Late flights, random cancellation, incorrect times on B passes, @AmericanAir.

(2/2) @AmericanAir, it takes 4 total flights for us to go see our child in Reno, round trip. In these 4 flights we’ve had, 3 delays, two missed connections and one cancellation. We are stranded in Chicago, now 2 days late getting home. #neverflyAA.
