Sometimes, when things finally start going well, it’s hard to stop worrying about when they might go wrong. You deserve to enjoy the good moments without fearing their end. You don’t have to prepare for every possible outcome to feel safe. Breathe, be present, & enjoy the moment.

There's no perfect time to start and no perfect way to begin. What matters is that you don't have to carry things alone, and you don't have to wait until it feels unbearable to ask for help.
