@TLhelpgroup Thameslink won't give you the figures because they're embarrassed. Fortunately, they're available here: recenttraintimes.co.uk/Home/… Sadly, 27% on time over the last 12 weeks is relatively good for Thameslink, though cancellations are above average as you can see.

Day 2 of my 2020 commute and day 2 that my @TLRailUK train is cancelled.

I see that @TLRailUK are deleting cancelled trains from journey planner boards - making it easier to avoid delay repay? Compare NR departures to timetables @ABCommuters

.@BimAfolami @transportgovuk @LilianGreenwood @RAIL We get that sometimes things go wrong - but how you handle problems is where Senior @TLRailUK @GTRailUK managers show if they are worth their salary. Read this story and make you own mind up on that one.

How does one single train broken down at Kentish Town during lunchtime result in all this?!?! What an utter bloody shambles. @TLRailUK Care to explain why you’ve caused a second day in a row of non-existent “service”??

Travelled across the Atlantic overnight and the biggest delay? Thameslink of course. @TLRailUK

I agree with that, my point is once you had the details why was there no announcement at the station or on the train when it came in. Problems occur, my annoyance is when no info is provided at all

So I have taken your advice and on my way to West Hampstead but your colleagues at #Elstree say they don’t understand your advice and that it won’t work. What do you think?

Is anyone not flabbergasted at the sheer audacity of @TLRailUK increasing fares after the disaster that was their 2018 service? How is that justified? Oh wait, they have a monopoly so they don’t need to justify it. Us commuters just need to suck it up, right? @ihatethameslink

Well, I stand corrected. Appreciate people letting me know the facts. Either way though it stings.

@TLRailUK @SouthernRailUK @GTRailUK Short sad story: last year my trains were delayed almost every day. Now, for the second year in a row, ticket prices have up 3.2% more. #unbelievable #worsethanbrexit #commuterslife @GOVUK do something for goodness sake!

Useless Craplink dispatched the 16:05 train from London Bridge at 1604. WHY? The 1635 and 17:15 are cancelled. @TLhelpgroup @TLRailUK @nickherbertmp

Great article
⁦@TLhelpgroup⁩ Interesting blog and crazy response from TL that “many journeys only around 30 minutes” to justify poor train design. Delays are often 15-30 mins. A hard, small seat (with no table) if you can get one sums up what TL think of us. robmansfield.net/2016/07/29/…
