Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for the counties in pink until 3 PM CDT. We now activate under CODE ORANGE.

With the technology of tracks on storms,the severe thunderstorm warning should be in Cookeville within the next hour.

We are between a Category 1-3 risk for severe storms tomorrow. Predictions as of now are strong winds and large hail. And of course between category 2/3,we can't rule out an isolated tornado.
