Top Notch Homes SW

Just seen this on website

This is the breakdown. No other communication/reasoning given 🤷🏼‍♀️

Dressing the rooms in our HMOs and making them look so cosy.. 🥰

It’s been *ages* since we last posted.. 😌 BUT we are keeping busy! Lots of networking and connecting with other property professionals. Love hearing what everyone’s up to. We had a fab get together in #Exeter this morning.

How awesome! Looks great. I got gin from my boss - she knows me well! 😜

🌟We wish all our friends, contacts and tenants a safe, enjoyable, warm and cosy Christmas, and look forward to a bright and fun-filled 2021 for all🎄 This year, instead of sending cards, we have made a donation to British Red Cross - to support the amazing work they do. 🌟

💰Cash is king! That’s why it’s important to us that we ALWAYS pay our invoices and contractors as soon as we can. 🧾 Not only does it help the other business when we pay promptly, its builds trust and strengthens our reputation. #CashIsKing #supportsmallbusiness #trust

Now that it’s getting a bit colder 🥶, we’re working our way round our portfolio making sure the heating systems are in tip top order to keep our tenants nice and toasty 🔥

We’ve got 2 fabulous rooms becoming available in our gorgeous Victorian house in #NewtonAbbot. Check out our advert on SpareRoom spareroom.co.uk/14029693

BEFORE & AFTER - another Top Notch refurb. We think it’s made a massive difference. So much more light. What do you think?

We’re looking for a conscientious and reliable fortnightly cleaner for our lovely shared house in #NewtonAbbot. Any recommendations, please?

Because it can’t all be about the refurbing, painting and decorating.... today, we’re catching up on the latest property news with @Rickgannon, whilst drinking fizz in the ‘summer house’ in the pouring rain 🌧 #landlordlife #property #selfemployed #personaldevelopment

This is soo cute! We simply had to share 😍

Some people get excited for new cars, new shoes - or even new ink. But for us, it’s all about the new plaster 😍 We’ll have this final room in #NewtonAbbot finished in no time! #HouseShare #CoLiving #ToRent

Two gorgeous rooms available in #Taunton from the end of July. A comfortable, friendly house share - starting at just £390pcm including all bills. What’s not to 😍 about this opportunity!

The team have been working super hard this week on a refurb of a 3 bed terrace in #Exeter. Can’t wait for the new kitchen to be installed - it’s going to look amazing!!

One old kitchen + one dream team + 2hrs = Ta dah...!! #renovation #Property
