#OPCEfficacy6A A3: This is where collaborative leadership comes in? Share the lead of the initiative with staff around you and perhaps their perspective will open your eyes to value for your school.

#OPCEfficacy6A A2: V. Brown from DeWitt: “Creativity requires slowing down.” Today’s reality proves you can never rely on sticking with the same old approach and expect improvement for students.

#OPCEfficacy6A A1: Hannah's definition is daunting but all-encompassing (p. 168): "psychological, motivation, resources, attain, demands ...."
#OPCEfficacy6A A1: Confidence to learn from mistakes and apply that learning to action that builds confidence of others in your ability to lead.

#opcefficacy5a Q2: Sometimes admin needs to be mediator to move two parties to a solution when issue has come to a peak. Speaking from experience, standing up for your child can become emotional- works against reasonable discussion.

#opcefficacy5a A1: DeWitt makes a good point: “we don’t know how well we communicate until a negative situation happens” So much better to have proactively established communication in a positive atmosphere. Makes dealing with issues easier.

That would be great!

#opcefficacy4a A4: Understanding from Admin that teachers are at different places with tech comfort and stress management during these times.
