Holy shit 😭 what are we DOING?!?
You ghost beeth for DAYS on end, a whole community spamming your support staff, you, and the official fucking discord twitter ITSELF, and just NOW you say that the ban wont be lifted despite multiple people coming out of the wood-
teamswitched.dev @ Bluesky retweeted
And what is the "evidence" exactly???
As far as we're aware, Discord is currently siding with a bunch of homophobic trolls. Why can't you all just communicate with us?
teamswitched.dev @ Bluesky retweeted
This is ridiculous. Not only cuz we have genuine evidence he was framed, but the implication that this matter was analyzed pretty much immediately and we were forced to wait a MONTH for any official response, only to be met with this. DISCORD DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS USERS AT ALL
teamswitched.dev @ Bluesky retweeted
So discord sat on the information and never gave any updates to the user that requested a look into the issue and after providing verification that the ban was unjustified and targeted by UTTP losers they decide to KEEP the ban in place.
More people should be speaking about this

This is great to hear! By any chance, is this issue still being looked into? We’ve sent @discord_support a DM but haven’t been spoken to, nor has our project manager received any support or contact.
We understand that you’re probably busy, but would appreciate a response.

hi @discord @discord_support @svishnevskiy, my friend, who had his discord account since 2016, had his account falsely suspended because of a group of people who mass reported him. the people in question have admitted that these reports were false. unsuspend him.

UTDR Community: We really appreciate all of the support that's been given to us during this entire ordeal -- if you guys could help us with getting this post out to a wider audience, it would be greatly appreciated!
Hopefully, we can get this resolved...
Unfortunately @Beethovenus , who is the project manager for TS! Underswap, an ambitious fan made re-imagining of of Toby Fox’s Undertale, had their Discord account permanently suspended by an online group of bigots who spammed their account with false reports and have been harassing them with slurs for being part of the Deltarune community (another game developed by Toby Fox). Evidence of this is shared in their post below.
Beethovenus uses their Discord account to manage their projects. They are currently out of work dealing with health issues and unable to manage their projects because of the ban, including work on Halo Legacies by the former SPV3 team. @discord reviewed and upheld the ban.
There's been a mass increase in people taking advantage of the fact Discord has been completely gutting their support staff and systems, heavily relying on automated systems and AI, making it impossible for people to recover their accounts by denying them the opportunities to speak to real people or have their cases properly reviewed. Please share this to bring awareness to @discord so we can try to recover their account. Thank you!

Hello! It’s been around a month and Discord support has still not assisted with or resolved this issue. We’re asking that any gaming journalists who know of our project, or UNDERTALE / DELTARUNE, to please assist us with bringing this situation to light. Further details below.
Hey, everyone. Recently, development on TS!UNDERSWAP has been forced to a standstill due to Discord permanently suspending our project manager's account. Please be patient while we handle things.

this seriously looks like its going down the route of class action all because @discord is completely negligent towards its users and would rather let its ai promote homophobic mass reporting

This hasn't been the first time Discord has done this, and it certainly won't be the last. My friend Bem got hacked, and had to create a new account. Just for Discord to ban their other account for "ban evasion".
Get a grip and start unbanning @svishnevskiy @discord_support

@discord_support Please look into this, it's very clear that this person was falsely banned and maliciously targeted

Thanks for the visibility but could you forward a human support agent to help @MirabeauStudios and @Beethovenus get their accounts back? They've been trying to no avail

@svishnevskiy
@discord_support its been pretty much 2 weeks since this statement. beethovenus above anyone else has the right to be let in on the case's progress, and yet he has nothing but evidence that he was FRAMED by ACTUAL CRIMINALS.

@discord @discord_support i am disappointed in your team on failing to give responses and refusing to elaborate on reasons for the ban if Beethovenus doesnt get rightfully unbanned i will cancel my nitro subscription as i no longer support a company who fails in aiding it's users

A bad actor responsible for the wrongful ban of this user from your platform has confessed. After weeks of Beethovenus pleading and reaching out, the fact that no meaningful action has occurred is grossly unprofessional and genuinely unacceptable.

Hey @discord_support, I just want you to know that your continued ignorance of my friend's wrongful suspension is absolutely unacceptable behavior, especially after claiming to be looking into this. You should have done your job weeks ago now, last week at the absolute soonest.
