I miss when Hollywood cared about making good movies and television shows. When actors were chosen for their talent, writers were allowed to be creative, and studios weren’t afraid to take chances. There is a reason so many of us keep going back to shows and movies we grew up watching. We miss that kind of storytelling.
One of the worst things I’ve heard a creator do is accuse the Goncalves family of trafficking. Absolutely sickening that this family had to endure the brutal murder of their daughter, only to be subjected to hateful accusations from conspiracy theorists.
They lost their daughter in one of the most horrific ways possible, and instead of being allowed to grieve in peace, they have to deal with this cruelty.
I’m looking at you, Nash. I hope you get sued.

Judge Rueter sentenced #LauraMichelleOwens to 30 days in county jail (until 11/22/26), with 12 additional months deferred if she does not follow probation.
The sentence also includes an additional 7 years of supervised probation for the other three felony counts. Full computer restrictions. If Laura violates probation, it could be revoked, and she could be sentenced to up to 12.5 years.
