@ATT So ATTs tech damaged our fiber, lied about it and left us w/o service. We are completely down. The best they can do is come out next week. Un-freaking-believable

He said I was luck that he laid a new fiber on the ground for the nxt guy to hook up. I’m sooo angry at how this ATT rep treated us and left us.

Thank you Karinna, a tech came out to hook up fiber to our neighbor. He damaged our fiber and left it on the ground. He broke or NID box and we are completely down. I caught him before he drove off and he would give me his name or number or anything. Said there nothing can do

@ATT ATT tech left us stranded and disconnected. Drove off said he would not be back. Left is no name, no reference number and we are down. Can’t get anyone on the phone and can’t get customer service to help at all!

@ATT our service was working perfectly. Tech came out to hook up neighbor. Took us down. And never connected our service back. I caught him before he drove off. Said there’s nothing he could do, and I was lucky he left a new fiber laying in my neighbors yard. We are a hard down
