THE MR P CASE — 51 MINUTES For the first time, Mr P’s case is being discussed openly in public. Even this 51-minute conversation touches on only some of the issues placed before the High Court and Court of Appeal. For years, Mr P has faced these proceedings in extraordinary isolation, while serious questions concerning the court record, documentary material and forensic evidence have remained largely outside public scrutiny. That is why this matters far beyond one individual. Public confidence in justice depends on difficult questions being capable of open examination....... not silence. Thank you @MegaEire for providing the space for this discussion to begin. Watch it. Listen carefully. Share it. Ask questions. This is only part of the story. More will follow.
