As a business near Lake and Minnehaha in Minneapolis, we were contacted today with the information that the City has changed the surveys they are using for their Third Precinct "enragement process." You'll want to check out this new one.
ALT It's an official looking sheet of paper with a map of the five minneapolis police precincts, headed "minneapolis third precinct survey" in the city's font. But the question at bottom says "Which precinct building would you prefer be removed next, and why?" Unflattering facts about each precinct are listed next to the map. If it's not already clear - it's a culture jam.
