Kingdom Hearts is officially celebrating its 25th Anniversary, so the timing couldn’t be better.
I spent the last few months playing EVERY Kingdom Hearts game for the first time.
The highs, the lows, the confusion, and I can say wholeheartedly I love this series.

Fire Emblem Fortune’s Weave keeps getting better the longer I play
The opening hours throw a LOT of systems at you, but I love picking apart a JRPG and learning how everything works
Around 20 hours in, everything finally started coming together and I’m enjoying it WAY more now
I’m not sure I like Final Fantasy 7 Revelation letting you automatically jump to the recommended level.
That kinda removes the incentive to grind at all. I’d rather they just increase EXP gains so leveling still feels like part of the game without taking forever.

Then we have Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter. What a time to be alive.
Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter sitting in the 90s with reviewers is wild.
These remakes feel like they’re finally opening Trails up to a much bigger JRPG audience. Do yourself a favor and try this franchise.
Can’t wait to continue experiencing Trails In The Sky as a new player!
The Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter demo is exactly how JRPG demos should work.
It gives you a huge chunk of the game, your save carries over, and by the end you know if the game is for you. I wish more JRPGs were this generous with demos.
I also found my new favorite Bracer👀
As someone who never played the original FF7 and started with Remake, I’ve now finished both Remake and Rebirth and I still barely understand what’s going on without watching explanation videos 😭
FINAL FANTASY VII REVELATION has been designed as a standalone experience, so players can jump in and enjoy it even if it’s their first entry in the trilogy. That’s a philosophy we’ve maintained throughout the series. That said, because this is the conclusion to the trilogy, I truly hope players will experience REMAKE and REBIRTH before starting REVELATION.

The closer we get to Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave, the more I’m realizing I’m just as interested in everything BETWEEN the battles as the battles themselves.
The city exploration and character interactions have me especially curious with a recruitable roster this big.
