Talking Back Podcast (Tim)

Throwing some love to John Carpenter this week! One of the all time great directors had to start somewhere, we’re checking that somewhere out this week as we review Dark Star. Link below… linktr.ee/talkingback  #darkstar #johncarpenter #movies #podcast #70s

Hey everyone, we wanted to let you know we’ve started a new Youtube Let’s Play channel called Demo Dash! We’ll be releasing weekly video’s where we play a video game demo and try to beat it in under 20 minutes. Link below… youtube.com/@Demo-Dash?si=iY…

More of a thriller imo.

@HopelessDent we recently read and loved Vader: Dark Visions 👏 Curious about the theme of “Hot Shots”, was it simply that the boy never was and never would be a killer? Keep up the great work! 🙂

Looks like it’s getting into the Holiday Spirit.

This is a classic Indie title from @JeffLemire in his earlier days. It’s a great slice of life with a bit of a sci-fi twist. The art and story are both extremely captivating.

It’s our final Ninja movie of the year and we’re excited to share a little something called Five Elements Ninja with you. This movie rules and you should check it out! Also check out our review, link below… linktr.ee/talkingback #ninja #movies #80saction #talkbackpod

LA has it’s moments but agreed, give me the original please and thank you.

It’s something else! Escape from New York is a legit good movie. Escape from LA is definitely a goofier take on the character. There’s still fun to be had. I’d definitely watch your reaction to it 🙂

New episode alert! Snake Plissken is knee deep in it again. This time he’s shot in a submarine to LA where his seemingly super hero-ish abilities help him destroy the world! Link below to our Escape from LA review… linktr.ee/talkingback  #escapefromla #movies #90s

Woman of Tomorrow and All Star Superman are 2 of the best trades around. Enjoy!

We’re doing an in depth study of the swamp. open.spotify.com/episode/07e…

This week we’re checking out Swamp Thing! Pretty fun romp in the swamp with this movie. There’s some weird stuff going on but it all adds to the movie’s campy charm. Link below… linktr.ee/talkingback  #swampthing #movies #talkbackpod

The Kusarigama comes up often in this weeks ep. If you’re curious, this is what it looks like. Pic #2 is Raizo using it against a Ninja. #ninjaassassin #ninjamovies #podcast
