There's so much good #NTFC content out there currently.
Really looking forward to recovering from this stinking cold to get @ThatCobblersPod back up and running!

⚽️ NEW OUTLET! ⚽️
A new site dedicated to high-quality, ad-free coverage of Northampton Town is set to launch on CounterPress this autumn.
The Shoe Horn arrives next month and promises to deliver intelligent, insightful reporting on the Cobblers, covering the past, present and future of the club.
The site is led by journalists and Northampton fans @JeffersonLake and Massimo Dellow.
Jefferson has been a Cobblers fan since the dark County Ground days of the early 1990s and reported on the club for the Northampton Chronicle & Echo from 2005 to 2015. He has also worked for BBC Sport, Sky Sports and UEFA.
Massimo is a dedicated Cobblers fan, having followed the club through thick and thin over the last few years, and rarely misses a home match. He has worked with the club and surrounding the team in multiple areas, including writing, filming and audio related content.
His journalistic endeavours have seen him fulfil regular work with sports publications and organisations, such as the Non League Paper, Buckinghamshire County Cricket Club, VAVEL and more.
The Shoe Horn members can look forward to a mix of the latest on-the-pitch events as the Cobblers enter their Brazilian era combined with regular trips down memory lane as the team speak to the people who have made the key moments happen in the club's history.
Jefferson said: "I've been following CounterPress' work in the field of truly independent journalism for a little while and I've always wanted to collaborate with them on something related to my club, Northampton Town.
"This project gives me the chance to do that and I'm looking forward to dipping my toe back into covering the Cobblers after a few years away.
"With the new ownership in place at the football club this is a really exciting time to be a Northampton fan and I'm hoping we can document the journey every step of the way."
Massimo added: “I am incredibly proud and excited to get The Shoe Horn up and running.
“The media world, along with football coverage, is ever-changing and I believe that CounterPress provide the best platform for modern sports coverage, which is why I am thrilled to be starting a Northampton-dedicated site.
“The news and content that we publish will be fresh and unlike what is currently available, and will give Cobblers fans a unique perspective on their team.”
Said on Tuesday night to my mate that O'Brien Whitmarsh looked shattered in the second half. Thought againt York he faded and he definitely did against Tranmere mid week.
Important to protect him, we know how good he is and he'll only get better.

That is absolutely mental, he has done so much for that football club in such a short amount of time. Surely he deserves time to turn it around...

There's glimpses, couple of good performances and results, but two out of 10 is not good enough and the league table doesn't lie.
CH desperately needs to start picking up some wins or I fear he's on borrowed time.
#ntfc
That's a really bad loss.
So poor after the first half. As soon as Tranmere decided to sit in a lower block we had absolutely no idea how to break them down.
Should have been 2 or 3 up again at HT.
2 good away perforances and results followed up by that
#ntfc
What game was he watching? We should have been out of site before half time 😂😂

Here's what David Artell made of the game itself on Saturday. Insisted his side were the 'better team' for most of it. Also went into detail on the tactical issues Cobblers gave Grimsby in the first half #ntfc northamptonchron.co.uk/sport…
Also, the reff had a red card out when he went over. Did he show it?

Get in there!!
Absolutely deserved. Delighted for Warhurst after he's missed 2 really good chances.
#ntfc
We could and probably should be about 4-0 up at the minute...
I really hope these missed chances come back to bite us.
